Scenario
The
following Exercise Scenario documents were uses to conduct the exercise. The scenario portrayed a potential
pandemic flu wave. The Pre-Exercise
Scenario was released to participants prior to the start of the exercise. Scenario Updates were released weekly
during the exercise to describe how the pandemic progressed.
